Oh, you poor, unfortunate thing...You seem to have wandered away from the beaten path and into the monochrome corner of the web dedicated to [personal profile] l1v1ng_d34d_slvt. There aren't many other paths available for you to follow here, so you can either turn back now or embark on a fool's errand into the unknown.

The choice is up to you.

Should you choose to remain, however, you may find a few things to read about here and there. It won't be of much comfort to you, though.

Perhaps you should visit their AO3 archive instead. That's a much safer option for you, yes.

I really, really love the representation and diversity in the animation that the games often lack. Don't get me wrong; I love the game-verse itself but I also have a fondness for the animation. The first series is my favorite, but Nocturne is coming into its own with compelling character backstories and slick animation in general. There are a lot of nods to the games, too!

I just don't understand why some dolt at IGN gave SE2 of Nocturne such a bad rap. They complain about Richter's power levels 'rising up out of nowhere,' but like...have they never played a Castlevania game? Have they never fought a Belmont boss? They're fast as fuck and powerful to boot.

Oh, and aside from Julius not needing seals to do away with monsters that even SOMA can't deal with, Richter is purportedly the strongest of his line.Whipping out vampire ending moves is kind of his niche. Pun totally intended.

So, yeah. IGN can suck it and that reviewer needs to pick up a copy of SotN and play a few rounds with Richter as a boss. That will change their mind really fast. Guaranteed.

So excited for SE3!!
